Go Get Some Chips
Queer Dark Comedy
Pearse Centre, Dublin, 2026
Go Get Some Chips is a queer dark comedy inspired by Anton Chekhov's The Seagull, reimagined in contemporary Dublin. Premiering at the Pearse Centre (17–19 July 2026), the play follows four artists across different generations as they navigate love, artistic ambition, and queer identity through drag, black metal, musicals, hookups, and broken dreams. Blending absurd comedy with emotional vulnerability, the production explores what it means to create, desire, belong, and get some “chips” in modern Dublin.
